Who We Are
Freedom Hands is a Non-Profit Organization that raises funds by selling new or gently used items, as well as handmade jewelries and crafts. 50% of the proceeds go towards Free the Children's "Adopt a Village" program, which aims to provide sustainability to the impoverished villages in Kenya, China, Haiti, India, Sierra Leone, Ecuador, and Nicaragua. The other 50% of the profit will go towards a bigger local Non-Profit Organization, ACCES (African Canadian Continuing Education Society), which is an organization dedicated to providing education to Kenyans.
Our choice of sponsoring organizations was based on their principles and effective use of donations they receive. Both organizations run on very low administration fees, and almost 100% of the fund gets put into good use.
